Shanghai TV and Radio Group Co., Ltd. Shanghai Office, as a standing office representing STR, is mainly engaged into the following roles and responsibilities:

• To receive all the instructions from SMEG and all functional departments of SMEG from time to time on behalf of head office of STR, to communicate information up and down;

• to convey needs of subsidiary groups of SMEG for any issues to be transacted by STR overseas;

• to collect all the applications and reports from all subsidiary companies of STR that shall be submitted to SMEG and its functional departments;

• to assist all subsidiary companies of STR in Shanghai in recruitment, HR administration, financial management, security management and business trip arrangement ; responsible for accommodation arrangement of personnel from STR head office in Shanghai and as instructed responsible for reception of visiting groups from home and abroad.
